Older and fitter
I've always done 'something' to keep fit (Pilates classes, yoga, walking), but 6 months ago joined a gym that really ticks all my boxes. I go three times a week, the trainer makes sure everyone's technique is good, suggests easier versions if you're struggling, but - and this is key - encourages/insists that you move up a…

Hello all! Looking to get an uprated pair or boxing gloves, currently using ones I brought from Amazon but the foam padding seams to be deteriorating and doesn't give me the wrist support I need for hard shots to the heavy or wall bag. Running podcasts for marathon training
I listen to Free Weekly Timed, Running Commentary and With Me Now but seeing as I am going to be spending a LOT of time on the road I am wondering if you have any others I can download. They don't have to be marathon related but that would be a bonus.
