Does Nectar ever do a promotion like Clubcard Boost?
Every now and then you can spend your Clubcard points in the shop and get them for double the value, does Nectar ever do this and if so, how often, is one likely to be due soon? I just mean in the shop/shopping at Sainsburys online, not using points for other things like cinema/days out.

Get your items into the final basket basket and come off site. Next day, you will likely get an email offering you a discount. I've had this happen loads of times. Doesn't work if the item in the basket is already on special offer though.
