Alternatives to Waverton Real Assets
I'm looking at Waverton Real Assets as a diversifier to my SIPP which is essentially a regular mainstream equity/fixed income 60/40 mix. In one fund it offers: infrastructure, commodities, property and some debt financing. Its recent form has been OK but it's not offered on Hargreaves Lansdown where I hold my SIPP. I don't…

Skandia MultiISA search
I just came across some old documents where I invested some money into a Maxi MultISA with Skanida MultiFUNDS back in 2004. I have little recollection on this and wondered what was the best way to locate the investment. A lot of these financial companies have passed these onto other institutions. I do not think I had an…

Crypto
Have read a few comments on here and TrustPilot about the £200 investment in Crypto and GCW Management Ltd. Regrettably my experience is like so many others and my link to a so called Financial Advise was obtained through this website which I know now was AI generated, so no disrespect to you all. I had no reason not to…

Newcastle BS login issue
Is it just me, but every time I login to Newcastle BS, the first time I put in all the correct information, it immediately dumps me out with an error message suggesting that I've been logged out because I've been logged out for my own safety due to inactivity (can't remember the exact words). The next time I login it lets…

Advice on holding Funds in a GIA (ETF vs OEIC, and Accumulation vs Income)
Hello folks, I would greatly appreciate any advice that some of you might be kind enough to share. I recently inherited £100,000 from a relative who very sadly passed away. I have maxed out both my ISA and SIPP contributions for this year, but I want to get this money working for me in a Fund right away. Over the coming…

Why would anyone invest in VWRP over SPDR MSCI ACWI UCITS ETF
I am deciding in which global etf to invest in. VWRP has a 0.22% and also charges a transaction cost while SPDR MSCI ACWI UCITS ETF charges 0.12% OCR. Is this something that is too good to be true? Am I better off going into a more trusted and household name in vanguard. Why does SPDR MSCI ACWI UCITS ETF cost more?

CAMBRIDGE EXTRA REWARD MATURITY - Extra interest ?
y account matured today , new one opened as directed today and balance sent to my current account which probably won't arrive until tomorrow. However I notice my new RS had an extra 20p put in which I think must be extra interest earned for a day on the electronic payment sent today until I receive the balance tomorrow.
