What am I entitled to?
I have worked for my employer for 1 year and 4 months (ish), and was made redundant this week. Money-wise, what am I entitled to? Is it just the notice period as stated in the contract, or is there a redundancy payment. If there isn't, my months wages they are going to pay me, should it be tax-free?

The company I work for have announced they will be making 50 redundancies. We have in place a redundancy payout agreement with the union which they are not upholding. They say that they can’t afford to pay this arranged figure so they’re saying that they will only give a statutory payment. Can they do this?
