Success In Packaged Account Claim
I fell out with the Halifax after being ill about 4yrs ago. I only had an overdraft of about £200 and came to an agreement to pay this back monthly. I had asked to drop the £15 monthly charge as it made no sense to me to pay it in the situation. They insisted saying I would incur penalties if I didn't. After about 6mths my…

Reclaim packaged account or not?
I have had a packaged Gold account with LLoyds since about 2002 when I moved house.
