MBNA PPI & Credit Card charges
Hi I’ve been successful with claiming back PPI and unfair charges in the past but one is being really ignorant -MBNA! Anyone else experiencing the same ? Written letters , offered the £10 cheque and nothing ... starting to loose patience! I know I’ve been unfairly charged 100% and want to check for PPI :(

Exclusions for reclaiming PPI
Are there any exclusions for reclaiming mis sold ppi on Bank loans? My father receives disability living allowance and seems to think this won't allow him to reclaim the ppi as he thinks he saw it on a check form a few years ago so try as I might he won't reclaim as he thinks he's not entitled :wall:
