Just for info. I was due to travel Sept 15th. The company I bought tickets from (Cross Country) have allowed me to alter my travel date for no penalty or extra fees. BTW they are not the company I will be travelling with.

Trainline Refunds - lack of
I booked 2 journeys through Trainline both of which were disrupted by delay or lack of seating, in 1 case by 10.5 hours, and in both cases Trainline has said it is not responsible and referred me to the train operator.
