Keep Getting Scottish TV
I live in the North West of England. I watch the news on the BBC. I keep getting Scottish news all the time which is of no relevance to me. Every news report seems to have Nicola Sturgeon on it. She is from another country with a tiny population of no relevance to me. This morning I had to endure a report an Ian Black…

BT Billing Error - Check your bills now
I've been in contact with BT regarding my recent bill which seemed high, and they admitted there was a billing error "caused by the system" at least on my bill but could not identify the exact root cause. In my case, they agreed to simply credit an amount that was more than the error, but this may or may not affect a…

00800 with the extra 0 denotes the call as an international freephone number but I can't establish whether they are still free with BT. They seemed to be in 2013 but much has changed since than so does anyone have a definite answer as I can't see it listed on the BT tariffs page

Have BT shut down their Live Chat during the lock down?
In a couple weeks my BT deal will be coming to an end. As part of my deal i negotiated a HD package and a BT Sport package (or rather they offered me that as well as a price reduction at the time in order to keep me). I couldn't care less for HD or Sport so when it comes time i don't want to be paying for it. I've been…
