I am hoping that someone could help me with my understanding of unfair charges! Under the reclaiming guidelines, can you reclaim charges that have been made to a mortgage account for 'missed payment charges'. They are the same as bank charges in the region of £30.00 a time. Car insurance cancellation fee
I have just been charged £25 for cancelling my churchills car insurance. They renewed it automatically without my permision - I forgot to cancel in time but did so within 14 days of the renewal. Surely they can't charge me for cancelling something I did not ask for??? Does anyone know my rights?
