Hi Anyone got a recipe for Asparagus soup? My OH brought loads straight from the farm and its just starting to go over a bit. I thought I might be able to freeze it as soup? Any ideas gratefully received. :D

Removing Urine Stains and Odour from Wood

Decking
Ok we've seen the ads for the expensive stuff Ronseal etc. but what can I treat my decking with OS?????? We originally used the expensive stuff but now 3 years later it's looking faded and worn so in true MSO I wonder if we could perk it up cheaper??? Already cleaned of the green yuk with good old Soda Crystals.:undecided

Help!! Jaffa Cake on Dry Clean Only Throw!!
Hi Can't believe that I have just done this.......:mad: feel asleep on the sofa last night and this morning I have found two Jaffa Cakes squashed onto my throw. Stains on silk
Has anyone any ideas how to shift stains on silk? It's an item I'm not scared of washing - it's been washed oodles of times and is still going strong. Most stain removers say don't use on silk but I tried one - no affect on the fabric, and no effect on the stain either :( Cheers!

Help - emulsion on carpet!
I've just been painting the hall and managed to slop 1/4 pint of white emulsion on the stairs. I've blotted what I can and scrubbed with water and washing-up liquid, but I can still see a 'shadow' of it on there (dark patterned carpet). What can I do?

Hi everyone have just returned from Asda and they have tins of Princes red Salmon, 418g gram for the price of 213g. £1.48 a tin. I think this is quite a deal, but this is a luxury item for me so apologies if not. I did check the price against John West and their 418g tin is £2.98. Hope this helps someone.
