First Capital Connect - Dealy Repay
Does anyone commute into town on the Bedford to Brighton (ex Thameslink line)? The deterioration in service and ruder staff aside, I hate First Capital Connect's "delay repay" policy. I much preferred the old Thameslink system of giving a 5% discount on renewal of your season ticket. I can't help thinking that FCC are…

Citroen C1 Rythem - Has this happened to you?
A friends daughters Citroen C1 Rythem was parked in the drive with no-one near it when the rear window and break light 'blew up' and shattered the glass and broke the windscreen wiper. The feeling was it must have something to do with the hydrolic lifting system, and the young lady is adamant that there were no previous…

Personal car breakdown when on business use - who pays for repairs?
On Tuesday morning, I was driving my (own personal) car to a business meeting, approx 45 miles from home. On route, my car made a horrendous metallic ‘falling apart’ noise, so I pulled over, had a look and couldn’t see anything wrong, so decided to continue to my destination.
