T-mobile charging for calls to lyca mobile
Today i noticed some odd charges on my t-mobille account when checking my allowance. Apparently there's a network called lyca mobile, which t-mobile say they charge me (23p for 3 seconds) for under because it is a virtual network and therefore not included within my allowance, despite it looking like a UK mobile number.…

o2 cancelling PUFL contract
I have had an o2 PUFL contract for many many years. Every year they try and move me to a new tariff but I have just kept the original £99 up front for life. No new phones, 50 minutes to landlines, no texts. They now say the tariff is cancelled and only meant "for the life of the contract". I am prepared to fight for the…

Lyca shambles
I was out of my 24 month contract with o2 in August, so took advantage of the Lyca offer shown on MSE. Not only was it incredibly cheap and included EU roaming, but the other reason was that Lyca use the EE network, which has better coverage where I live in North Wales. So I’m on holiday now in the Algarve with my partner,…

New Mobile Phone Contract seems to be a 'loan'
I've just got off the phone with Vodafone, as wanted to upgrade my phone and get a better deal. the Handler was great and we agreed on a phone and deal. however, as we continued through the process, it started to feel wrong. The Handler kept saying 'loan', a 'loan' for the phone, and 'loan' for the mobile deal. When I hung…

iPhone 13 best deal by miles not listed.
I was looking for an iPhone 13 contract with no upfront cost so I went on this site to identify the best deal. MSE said the best deal was with Three at £39 per month. Luckily I mentioned it to my friend who said that was a terrible deal and that Tesco were offering the same phone for £32.99. I went onto the Tesco mobile…

Onecom mobile contract via Vodafone how do I get out of it?
Onecom cold called and talked me into changing to a business tariff last Thursday (21st April). I called on Monday to cancel (25th April) thinking I had a 14 day cool off period. An opinion please.
We are looking at a non Internet mobile for my wife. All that's needed is to make/receive calls/texts. The one we're looking at has the ability to take photo's plus radio. Can't find any user reviews or pricing structure though. If you'd care to take a look and offer an opinion, we'd be grateful, thanks.…

Best mobile phone supplier
Why on earth don't you recommend 1pmobile, there is no one cheaper. I have been with them for over a year and it costs me less than £10 for 4 months use, you buy your pay as you go phone for anything from £10 upwards so your average expense is about £150 a year. That is a no brainer, why are some idiots paying £300+ for a…
