Car when in a DRO?
I am in the process of applying for a DRO :( My current car is worth less than £500 so I'm hoping that won't be a problem. However a family member is purchasing a new car in December and have said they will give me their old car, its value is £3000ish - Will I be unable to accept it if I have had the DRO approved?

DRO Assessment query.
Is it possible to have a couple of intermediaries from different charities perform an assessment prior to paying the application fee? Am I correct in thinking that it's not the intermediaries who can impose a rejection and subsequent 6 year ban on applying for DRO but the Official Receivers who can only do this?

Hi, i have an approved DRO and have been reading up about claiming old bank charges, i have statements proving all the ones i've had and found a letter template from this site to send to my bank..
