How Does The Current Climate Affect My S&S ISA?
I'm a newbie when it comes to investing, so I have a couple of questions about my S&S ISA... i have been investing £360 a month into S&S ISA with Hargreaves Lansdown. I have now reached my £4000 limit. My aim is now to leave this ISA well alone for the next 5 years. With the current climate, is this wise? I'm pretty sure…

Part-holdings in stocks & shares ISA?
I've a feeling this is a silly question, but I'll ask it anyway. I have some managed funds and stocks, some of which I'd like to put into an ISA wrapper if possible, but they're too big! Say I have £9000-worth of one product, could I put £7000-worth of it into an ISA?

Cost effectiveness of putting cash into H&L S&S ISA
I think that as cash put into H&L S&S ISA is tax free the rate is comparible with, say, ICICI at 6.41% before tax. Would you consider parking some cash with H&L S&S ISA even if you were not sure you would ever convert the cash to S&S ?

One or two-year fixed rate?
I've just transferred my cash ISA to a one-year fixed rate ISA bond for a better interest rate. Well, I thought it was for one year, but it has been opened as a two-year bond (not my error I think). Now, I'm quite undecided about whether to leave it as it is (2 year) or request them to change it to a 1 year as it should…
