Sorry if this has been asked before... I used the search but couldnt find anything I'm starting to buy alot of tinned fish... I have been buying sardines in brine, then draining them and adding olive oil, is this the right thing to do? or should I just buy them in sunflower oil? Also, what does tinned mackarel go with?...…
