Does any supermarket sell skin-on boneless chicken thighs?

Salmon portions
Has anyone else noticed that salmon portions these days seems to be very moist and squidgy, particularly if pre-packed. I started looking at the calories per 100g, they vary a lot. Presumably the lower calorie versions have been injected with water, but what else? Are whole fish less likely to have been adulterated?…
