If you want your Christmas food shop delivered to your door, you'll need to pounce to get your preferred slot. Supermarkets including Morrisons and M&S are already taking bookings, and there's a trick to get early access at Sainsbury's, Tesco and Asda – with early access at the latter opening TODAY (Tuesday 13 October)……

Hi, I went into a well known high street shop on Friday at 0700 hrs and ordered takeaway food and coffee. After drinking the coffee, I began to feel like a burning, painful sensation in the lower regions of my gullett. I believe that they must have washed the coffee machine with dishwasher detergent but forgotten to rinse…

anybody used the news Lidl & Go scan as you shop in the app?

Standard 145g chocolate orange 95p from £2.50 until Sun 11 Oct.

morning all, So I took the recent wine wharehouse deal and received it already ! great . Did anyone else have a payment taken from their account to "wines of the world" on the same day ? Its only for £11.93 but seems strange its on the same day as the Virgin wine payment and I have never heard of them before (totally…

Back in 2009 I used to get the largest tub of 2.3kg Optimum Nutrition Whey protein for about £36 from Tropicana Fitness. Nowadays I am reminded in the shops about it but you're looking at a tiny bag for the same price now. Anyone got any tips to find value for money? Are supermarkets ripping us off?

My midweek pass is due for renewal in the next few days & I was intending to upgrade to a 7 day pass . However I am now seeing this message.. Delivery Pass Information We've paused the sale of our Delivery Pass applications for the moment. We'll continue to review this to make sure that we're best supporting our elderly…

Just seen Waitrose Christmas 2026 Delivery Slots have been opened for booking. However note the delivery fee is raised from the normal £2 or £4 upto £6 or £7 over this period, depending on date. Don’t recall them doing this previously. I phoned customer services and they had to speak with another dept who advised it’s to…

Has anyone else noticed milk going off quicker recently? I'm talking about fresh milk from a new bottle that's well in date, not stuff that's been sitting for days. I've stopped buying it from my local convenience store because over a couple of weeks something like 1 in 3 bottles was already curdling when first opened. But…

I was wondering if anyone has inside information on dates for 20% off clothing and 25% off wine and champagne. Thank you

Does anyone know if items are not on the shelf, do the pickers check out the back? Maybe someone who picks for online shoppers can answer this.

Hello, I have saw some back to Uni stuff in the magazine. It says the offer starts this Sunday. I don't normally visit the middle aisles in here, does anyone know if the non food offers go out early or am I safe to visit on the Sunday morning? I am worried they sell out quickly as it's a small store and the only one around…

As I can see there is no thread for people who shop at Asda. It's the gem we don't tell people about? IYKYK? A fruit and veg aisle to die for! Kimchi? Steak? Cordial? Asda has it all and more. They've been hit by the recent proce surges of course but a weekly shop here is very reasonable. Our local shop also has a parcel…

Checked receipt, don't do it often. Listerine £6 for 500ml. More expensive than my wine per ml Don't use it myself. Clubcard Website clearly shows £3. Oh for the days of double the discrepancy back

Hi. Have any Morrisons online shoppers experienced rejected substitutes showing as accepted on their online orders? I've realised today it's happened at least 3 times to me so far this year including yesterday. The emailed receipt shows it as 'changes to your order' but doesn't say accepted and the item doesn't appear in…

This is something of a money moral dilemma. If you found that the till assistant had somehow managed to not swipe an item, even though they had removed the security tag from said item, what would you do? Say this was a basket of several items and you weren't really paying attention and had asked your companion to actually…

Hi, Can anyone recommend the best supermarket own brand white chocolate? For general eating but also sometimes melting for baking. I did really like the Sainsbury’s blue bar that was £2.30 but looks like just been discontinued and replaced with a new product with a different recipe and lower milk solids % (now 18% versus…
