Compensation exchange rate
Hi I was on a 28hr Qantas flight delay in February. After many months trying to get compensation I finally got payment last week. However I only got £470 instead of £520. Qantas says it calculated it on the day of the delay rather than todays exchange rate. Can they do that? I’ve lost £50! Neil
