How long will they leave it? Or is the plan to try and get away without offering the reduction? Citing “extraordinary circumstances”, “challenging conditions”, etc I’d like to know how much I’ll be paying.

Subscription solar panels
Hi, I've had to turn my heating off as I have oil and so looking at other options. My house is not suitable for a heat pump, but I have seen Sunsave offer a subscription solar panel option. While monitoring my energy usage I noticed that for the first 30 minutes my E7 (off peak) becomes active (Midnight - 00.30) I am being charged on the peak rate tariff not the off peak.
