Advice on pro-rata entitlements
Scenario is as follows: 3 days a week (25 hours), pro rata holiday entitlement Jan-Dec is 16 days, but where do I stand on bank holidays? My normal days are Tues-Thurs, so am I entitled to time off due to the bank holidays on a pro rata basis? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Scoya.
