Credit card v Loan
Is it better to settle a credit card debt of £10,000 paying £200 per month to the CC company or taking a loan out? How do I calculate which one is more effficient (and saves me money)?

I have a few credit cards with small balances on ie coming down slowly with a long term apr of 3.9% and 6.9%. I have some others on standard rates varies from 11 - 13 %.
