"HASSLE" BY CREDITORS
Hi A friend of mine is paying off her debt (approx £15000) through a payment plan with CCCS, but she still receives several phone calls a day and letters about the debt from the creditors. Should the creditors be doing this, or should they be contacting CCCS direct?? This is causing quite a bit of upset for her.
