Credit file inaccuracies
I am trying to contact the 3 CRA's after a lender has upheld my complaint but entered administration before they updated my file and removed the defaults (as they agreed to in the response to me). I notice that all three seem to be wanting me to buy a report from them and then reference this report. Is that a requirement?…

Does our landlord’s poor credit affect us?
We have been renting from our landlord for 10 years and due to the fact he’s selling the house, we’re moving on. He used to live here many years ago.…

Credit Club - disposable income very odd result
On my MSE Credit Club report, the 'Disposable Income' is considered very weak. I'm struggling to understand how - could it be a bug in the algorithm? Will this look bad on my Credit Record?
Suppose I used 80% of my Credit Card limit to buy one item (say foreign currency), then paid it off immediately the spend appeared on my card, ie. before the next statement date. Would that go down as high credit utilisation, and look bad on my credit record?
