Refund on a closed credit card
Hello, Has anyone ever had a refund on a closed credit card? I had concert tickets refunded but it went to my closed AMEX card. AXS is saying the payment was made and no bouncebacks and AMEX are saying they rejected the refund.... no one knows where the money is and no one will help!!!

Please can you advise on what happens to a secondary cardholder’s card on the death of the primary cardholder? I would imagine both cards are no longer usable when the card company is informed.
