Craft glue

Matt PVA Alternative
Hi all, I would like to make some coasters I saw Kirstie Allsopp make on tv the other day. It involves gluing paper napkins to small tiles then 3 coats of PVA on top to seal and make it waterproof. Card sizes
Hi to the crafting people, I do scrapbooking but I am thinking of making some cards only problem is the sizes? ie: Half an A4 card Half again of an A4 etc and so on, would help if it would be in Imperial sizes.
