CSA DEO question
I'm asking this for a friend who is hoping to recieve CS contributions via DEO, the case became active from March, as I understand the DEO always comes out after the 19th? Hence she won't see anything in her bank until April or May? Is this correct?

wen my 2 children were young and there father left home, that was it, no help at alll no money no nothing, just child benefit and nothing more, im older now and i know things have changed but what is it that makes people say they cant afford to live? if anything people are living in luxury in comparison :)
