Paying Someone Who Refuses Online Payment
Hi all - I need to pay my ground rent to my freeholder. However, I am based overseas and do not have access to a cheque-book and he refuses to accept online banking including PayPal or online transfers. What is the simplest way for me to pay him legally? Any suggestions?

Chase debit card cashback limit
Hello, I have a Chase debit card and am now at the point where the cashback is limited to £15/month. However, this month I have earned just over £15 and they haven't capped it. Has anyone else had experience of this? I'm wondering if they will cap a future month's cashback to compensate somehow. Thanks

Chase android payments not accepted in post office and Asda supermarket. Santander card which is also a Mastercard is accepted. Does anybody else have this issue as Chase says its Mastercard debit card should be valid everywhere?
