Can't access Virgin media email
Hi all. I haven't been able to get past the sign in page for Virgin Media now for 5 days. Everything I try, including reset password, takes me back to the main sign in page and I am getting really frustrated. Initially I put it down to the main outage that happened last week, but I still can't access it. Even the 'help and…

Couple of questions 1 Are these routers suitable for permanent use in the home or are they only for odd occasions 2 How do I top up the sim card? Will I have to transfer the sim card to my phone and…

Humax box
HI, I have just cancelled my Virgin TV package and was considering a Humax box to record on. The one my other half wanted was the Humax Aura 4K 1TB, but the reviews are not brilliant. We wanted a box to record up to 4 and to be able to watch another one. Is anyone using this box atm please and can advise me?

Which providers still provide copper phone connections?
Hi. I'm helping my father switch providers to save money however he'd rather keep his standard phone line for calls rather than change to digital voice or similar, I know that he will soon have no choice but at the moment he would rather keep it, so which providers still provide this?

social tariffs and pension credit
My partner is struggling to find a provider. He gets some pension credit. Each provider he's found asks for the address, gets a form filled in, then says he's not eligible because it's the wrong area (so why not reject it at the start), or that he doesn't get enough pension credit. Any ideas?

Moving over to FTTP full fibre broadband - keeping landline number for incoming calls only
I'm thinking of moving our broadband from ADSL over a BT line over to a FTTP full fibre to the premises internet provider via CityFibre's network, which is now up and running in our area. I would like to keep our existing landline number and I know this can be ported over to the new internet provider. But I only really…

Plusnet bills gone up by 10% more than advised rise - what have I missed
As title says. I'd expected my bill's to go up by 14.4% from today as per plusnet websites etc in line with annual inflation rise plus CPI. Have just been in both mine and my mother's account and the actual increase is 24.4%. What have I missed, anyone else with plusnet who knows where the additional 10% has come from?
