loan interest query?
My dad just received a statement on his A&L loan which is now becoming Abbey run. It states that the interest on the whole loan was added at the beginning. Am I right in thinking this makes it more expensive ? Is this normal or something to avoid in the future?

Council tax bands Subsided house
Hi the house I live in was built after 1991 and is in council tax band d. But over time it has subsided So the house is worth a lot less now, So if i calculate the value of what it would be worth in 1991 from todays value would that mean i would be in a differant band? Thanks
