Smart Tek Closed and ran away with my money like Mobile Express :( Any suggestions
A MOBILE phone shop has left customers who signed up to an attractive cashback deal hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Smart Tek, a mobile phone dealership at 328 Edgware Road, advertised deals offering customers a full refund for their phone bills after a specified period but has now gone out of business. I signed up for…

Black Arrow on my phone's display (6500 classic) What is it?
Could it be a call divert symbol???? Just transfered my number from Virgin to T-Mobile, could this symbol be because of that. It is a skinny black arrow pointing to the right then up. Also can't get the automatic keypad lock to work either now!

Considering PAYG - Sure it can work out cheaper?
Hi just looking for a few opinions on the following really. Just about to receive a free iPhone, and my current contract is running out (perfect timing). Now I am considering either getting a Nokia N95 8GB 600m 500t £35/m (£25 after cashback redemption) 18 month contract. OR Getting a PAYG sim and putting it in…

Can I cancel my contract?
I took out a new contract last week with Vodafone, but basically having now used the N95 8GB I am not too happy with it and find it too bulky. I have not used the new sim yet and have been using an old one but as I have actually "used the phone" is it still possible for me to return and the contract cancelled? Many thanks

Where is the best website to buy unlocking code?
Two websites has been mentioned in the article Mobile Unlocking: Unlock the Savings for free, but I think if there is some other best price as I want to find the codes as cheaply as possible. Does anyone know where to buy the unlocking codes best? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

I Can't Buy An iPhone!
N.B. This thread is also on the Bankruptcy forum: I want to buy an 8gb £169.00 iPhone to unlock and use on my existing monthly Orange mobile account which I've had for several years. I have a Co-op Bank Visa Electron debit card linked to a Cashminder account and a Virgin pay-as-you-go Mastercard. You HAVE to buy the iPhone…

not as free as it seems
the 30 free orange texts per month (mentioned in this months email) depend on you spending £10 to top up your phone

Three ever sent anyone a written response?
Hi, Ive had a long-running dispute with them. Have written them numerous letters requesting explicitly they respond in writing. However, either the letter goes ignored, or they call me to discuss. Initially, I would speak to them, but then, decided best not to speak to them as a) They're often calling from India, b) they…

Nokia n95 8gb case-any suggestions?
I'm after a case for my phone through which the screen can be seen. Might sound simple, but... ...Ideally leather, not a 'crystal' hard case or silicon skin that doesn't cover the screen. Not a Krusell-I've already tried this case and although they're usually brilliant the n95 8gb case is a very flawed design that could…

E2Save - warning
Deals that are too good to be true are usually just that. I have discovered today on the Companies House website that e2save is in liquidation. This means that any of their cashback offers are not worth the paper they are written on as the likelihood is that e2save will not be around to honour them. In my books this is…

N95 Case
Can anyone recommend a case for a Nokia N95. I want one where I can access most of the features on it but I'm not bothered about the camera. I've seen cheap crystal ones on Ebay but are they any good? If not can anyone recommend one? Thanks, Susan
