Existing Cash ISA & Help to Buy ISA
Hi, I've just opened a Help To Buy ISA and also have an existing cash ISA that I haven't paid into this tax year. Am I able to transfer this cash ISA to another provider for a higher interest rate as long as I do not pay into it? I can't seem to find an answer to this. Thanks,
