waste coming up the shower outlet
When we empty the wash hand basin the water sometimes comes back up the shower outlet, the waste pipe has fall and for various reasons I can't get anymore, The basin is between the shower and the outside wall. would putting a vented trap to the WHB make any difference?

Can we stop this Dbl Glzd window opening further?
We've had this window fitted - too late to remove it, but we dont wont it to fully open (as in the picture). We would like it to open no more than 2-3 inches, as opposed to the 12 inches it fully extends to. Anything we can do - or can a window company do something (change/add something to the frame)
