When do propagators and pots come into the shops
When do the shops like b and m and wilko start getting the gardening products in, I want to get a couple of windowsill propagators and some large pots to start things off early in 2020 but they are a bit pricey in the garden centre.
Parsnips advice please
I've decided to grow parsnips for the first time, hoping to cheat by buying plug plants but they refuse to be transplanted apparently, so sowing seeds is the only option. Advice on young tree maintenance
I've got a young bay tree - about 14" tall - with a 4" sucker on it. Both currently appear to be thriving. I'd quite like to move the sucker to it's own pot, as I started off with 5 bay cuttings and I'm down to 1, but originally wanted a pair. Am I right that this is best done in the spring now? Similarly, I have a dwarf…
