Tips for removing weeds pls?
I am losing the battle against weeds... I have regularly removed them (individually with roots), used weedkiller, added layers of bark but they are coming back and growing so fast, they cover my beloved plants. Most of the garden is in full sun- and they are thriving well everywhere in the garden. Any tips welcome...

Turf Dying Off
Hi Right in the middle of our lawn is a manhole cover and the previous owners fitted a new cover to try and make it less obtrusive, it's one of those that is used for paving. When we moved in the turf in it was dead so we fitted some new but the grass doesn't seem to stay alive for long and quickly goes brown. This is…

Ideas for turning a pot into a water feature, please!
I got a 50cm terracotta pot of Ebay for next to nothing and am thinking about making a water feature, but MSE style. Am considering - 1) Pot is brimful of water with a water spout in the middle, so water cascades over the side into a sump below the pot. 2) Have a chrome\stone ball sitting within the pot's mouth so water…

Anyone know what this shrub is called?
Will try & add a picture if I can hobble down the garden. I stepped on one of the thorns yesterday & I'm sore. Its a big tall bushy shrub. Thorn apple near my veggies
Hello all, I have today found out that what I had thought was a melon plant is in fact a thorn apple weed (Datura Stramonium - jimsonweed, devil's apple, devil's trumpet, firewood, jamestwon weed, mad apple, stink weed). It is hugely poisonous and can kill a horse if ingested but it is growing right next to our brocolli,…

snapdragons
I planted these in one of my borders and they are looking lovely but I think I made a mistake with planting some of them too shallow because they tend to grow out (for a few inches along the bed) and then go on to grow upright. can anyone tell me if I will harm them if I pull some of them up and replant a little deeper?…

Name of this plant?
I planted some seeds in the spring, I can't remember what they were called. They have now grown to nearly 5ft high so I'm wondering whether to keep them all or will they flower? Do any of you knowledgeable people know the name of the plant? Btw I can add more photos if needed.
