My wife was brave enough to tell me about big problems (you know the sort) a few months ago. She didn’t want me to talk to anyone but I insisted that we needed help and as a result we are on a DMP. Thank Heaven for CCCS and this forum. She had wrestled with telling me for some time but having done so it has been a huge…

Hubby has spent the last 2 evenings putting a total of 51 items on Ebay (books, PC games, bike boots, leather jackets, even a laptop) and it's so exciting - we've got watchers already on just about everything. default notice on credit report
Had a default notice served on me more than 5 years ago when i failed to pay off balance of £157.00 to mail order company. Paid the debt immediately and although credit record states that this debt was settled in full in one payment, its still there in black and white for all to see. Can I do anything to have this removed?
