Photobucket no longer allowing 3rd party hosting of images for free

Competition phone numbers
hello everybody, I missed a couple of phone calls this afternoon from an 0203 number and a 0333 number and I'm worried I missed out on possible competitio wins. Noticed it said Manchester on one of them. Could it just be rubbish? any advice is welcomed... I am new to comping.

If you have ever had a telephone call to say you have won have you ever saved the number in your phone under the providers name?
