Will they want a tenancy agreement?…

Confirmation on Tax Rebate
I have just received a cheque from the HMRC for a tax rebate from 2003-04 year, I was made bankrupt on 30th April 2008 (one of the last 3 year Scottish ones). Should I cash the cheque or just leave it? To me it doesn't belong to me but are they going to come for it? It is only just over £200 so not a huge amount. Thoughts?
