Proof of delivery when reporting a creditor to the information commissioner
I need to report MBNA as they haven't responded to my letter about changing the default on my file to satisfied. The only proof of delivery I have though is this It isn't showing a copy of the signature or anything like I thought it was supposed to. How can I use this as proof that the letter was delivered?
