Smile Online Pound shop!

Don't know if this has been posted before, but on the "Mad about Bargains" site, someone recommended www.aquid.co.uk. Everything's a pound, and postage is reasonable too. Basically it's an online pound shop, could be useful for our housebound friends who need some bargains!

Thanks, this looks good.
I remember emailing Poundland about 5 years ago to enquire about online shopping. They replied telling me that they should be doing this in the very near future, but it never happened.

Lots of bargains there helping to keep the Third World in its place.

Although the "Deluxe 1.5" chisel" does look suspiciously like a filling knife.

Oh my gosh...that site is one of the worst I've seen in a while!
They REALLY should have spent more than a quid on their web design!

abijanzo, I know the site is awful, but the idea isn't, and that's what I was saying! It's not that bad, and may be useful for some people.

seems to have worked - I see they've amended their site to correct their spelling mistake (still doesn't make their site any less naff tho')

Dora - the spelling on this one is even worse than the original site.

Did you know a b-r-e-s-l-e-t is something you put round your wrist?
