Cool Tim's grandfather's son is Mike's dad.

Tim's grandfather's son is Mike's dad.

How is Mike related to Tim? (Assume nobody has ever remarried.)

If you like questions like this then take the test.

IQ Test Description
This psychometric test will measure your cognitive performance in several key areas including word analysis and spatial reasoning. This test is primarily a verbal or I.Q. test containing elements of spatial reasoning. Your raw score will be scaled and applied to the standard deviation to provide your IQ relative to the normal distribution of intelligence scores for this assessment. It has only content validity and not concurrent validity.

Where will your score fall within the following ranges?
80-90 (below average)
90-110 (average intelligence)
111-121 (above average)
122-130 (highly intelligent)
131-141 (gifted)
142+ (genius - top 1%)

Go On. Be Brave!

Test

Be warned! - It'll take a little time.

Ps Please don't be ashamed to post your score on here.
This isn't for bigheads and boasters (or fibbers, Elvis).
It's for everyone.
And it's for fun only!!

138.

I was looking for that question to see if it was a trick but couldnt find the brothers option - took me ages to decide on that one!

There was a nice paragraph there somewhere about internet users having a higher IQ than the average.

Elvis take the test!

My results have been processing for about 5 minutes now - is this normal?? I want to know how smart I am!

I tried clicking "No Thanks, I don't want to see information on college degrees now." - but it has gone to "Page cannot be displayed"

You have to apply for a newsletter before you get the results.

I don't wanna newsletter. I used to have a "defunct" email account for that kind of crap but it got shut down.

Oh, well I guess I'll just have to cancel it.

Yay! I got my results:

131.

In my defence, I got the US coins one wrong because I didn't know what denominations US coins come in, and I don't know how I got "Which one of the five makes the best comparison? FWAWWFA is to 9323392 as AFFWWAF is to..." as this was a really easy one, so I must have just got a typo.

This is interesting - we are equally as smart (or stupid) as the Americans, the smartest people are in Hong Kong and people in the Philippines are comparitively stupid.

And the aussies kicked our butts!

Cool

Only 129 for me.

Same probs with USA denominations.

The others I cant make excuses for. Just me.

Good job there wasn't a time limiter as well.

BTW I used IE and I clicked the 'No thanks' bit after the test.

136....bit disappointed really
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
