Call Orange Customer Sevices for Free 3rd Aug 05 at 3:38 PM
It costs 25p per call to call Orange but a friend of mine found a way to call them for free. It's a bit naughty but it works. What he did was, he went through the options as if topping up with a voucher (on 450) but just tapped in any old number. Of course it didn't work so he tried again. After 3 attempts, he got a message saying he was being connected to an Orange representative but without being charged.

I tried this today because I needed to register my new debit card with them so I can top up that way. I went through the menu options as if I was topping up with a debit card and typed in my number which failed. I did this 4 times and then they connected me without being charged.

Hope this is of interest to someone.

  • While I oft bemoan Xmas being a retail festival. It's strange today many are bitter that shops are REDUCING prices, usually its the opposite

  • And leave people held hostage to high Xmas prices? Our tradition was Xmas discounts spread in Nov/Dec not on one day

  • John Lewis website is down - its price matching black friday deals. Maybe its a good day to buy cheap extra servers?
