How to remove fake blood from skin????

Hi

My little one went dressed as a blood drenced Zombie today. I applied the fake blood that we bought from a joke shop with my hands.

I followed the instructions for removing it - hot water and soap, and it is still on my hands. I am now worried about getting it removed from my son's face later on.

Anyone any tips on getting this stuff removed from your skin/face

Try baby wipes as well, they work when my kids are "made up"
