red ash in a house 27th Feb 08 at 11:24 PM
    Hi,

sorry - wasn't sure where else to put this as it isnt moneysaving as such

just wonered if anyone has any information/advice on red ash ,

A house which we are selling, the potential buyer phoned up and mentioned red ash and that it may cost 10k to fix, etc-and how she is going to pay for a survey on the house - the house is in the stoke on trent aream which is known to have houses which have red ash

the thing is, I can't seem to find any information on red ash, if it really is such a problem as it is claimed, she claimed it's toxic, but I can't find any info

    many thanks
    mark
