Default mysearchfunds

I got this from a mutualpoints email - so don't know how reliable they are.

It works along the same lines as zotspot - you either add a search box to your browser (IE7) or use your search page and they pay you for searching.

I'll try any new site once, well if it looks OK, as this one does.

Here's my referral link if you care to use it.

http://www.mysearchfunds.co.uk/apply001.asp?Friend=1040

And a none referral link if you prefer to use that.

I think I spoke too soon. None of my searches have shown up since 19th. I have emailed them so will let you know what happens.

I would also be interested to know if member 1120 has done any searches? She joined through my link but has not done any searches yet. Or at least my account says she hasn't.

I emailed them, didn't get a reply but my account was updated in a couple of hours.

My searches track fine, but not the earnings, but as soon as I email them they update my earnings.

Don't know if it has anything to do with it but I use Firefox so can't use their search box. I just go to "my personal" search page and search from there. All 27 searches have tracked and I'm getting 3.8p per search, well 2 of them are 3.3p.

I use firefox as well. It didn't auto install first time round on setup, so after I went to set up on another pc and it downloaded into my search box top right all ok.

Thanks wileycat, it had to read your post a couple of times to get what you meant, but once I had it worked fine.

To clarify, for those as thick as me. In the "My Control Panel" under the "My Account" section there is a link called "Use My Search Funds on anther computer". Click this link then click the "Click here to upgrade your search box" link and bob's your uncle!

So far this site is looking good. Almost all of my searches have been for 3.6 or 3.8p

A trick I now use is to never visit a web site via a bookmark of link on a web site, use the search instead.

e.g. if I wanted to go to the argos web site, which is in my favourites and I could type the address into the address bar without thinking anyway, instead now I type argos into the search box and it comes up as a sponsored result on the results page. 3.6p for going to a web site I was going to anyway.

I was going to say this really is money for nothing, but it's actually money for changing the way you search the net, of get to web sites. So instead I'll say it is money for the least effort.

Still not convinced, lots of 0.00 for searching since 22nd December. 11p earned...will give it a while longer though.

They only update the money on workdays, I think they update it manually. They "indicate" that it is done automatically but I don't think tit is. If you email them after the holidays they should update your account within a couple of hours, at least they do with me.

Personally I think they are developing an automatic system but it isn't quite working yet. Not a problem for me as I just email them saying my account hasn't updated and they do it manually. But it could become a problem if they get a lot of users.

Yippee my account has just been updated, so far I've got 3.23 for 90 searches from 22 to 28 December.

I think that averages at 3.6p per search, although they vary from 3.3 to 3.8p per search.

Hi

Signed up a few days ago (Wileycat's link, I think) and I'm definitely liking it so far.

The amount paid seems to just change each day, rather than on any other basis I can see, is that what others are finding?

If anyone's thinking of joining, I'd be grateful if they use my link:

http://www.mysearchfunds.co.uk/apply001.asp?Friend=1162

And a non-referral link if you prefer:
http://www.mysearchfunds.co.uk

Thanks

Martyn

I find its always between 3 and 4p for each one so 4 became 14p and 6 became 19p another day.

I'm getting 3.2p a search.
Search away instead of typing the whole address, you could make quite a lot .

I reccomend you join.

My referral (I'd love you to use) HERE

Non-referral here

THANKS

Default good stuff

I have been usiing it for some time now. I also received cheque from them and have signed up a lot of friends and they search a lot too. This brings a lot of revenue 10%, 5% and 2,5% from your friends
If you want to sign up with my reference

http://www.mysearchfunds.com/myhomepage.asp?OrgID=102

This is example of my friends results
Total number of searches by my friends 28 Total revenue from friends 0.08 Total number of searches by my friends friends 33 Total revenue from friends friends 0.05
It is a good way to make money by searching.
