Cleaning new construction windows 14th Mar 18 at 10:56 AM
Cleaning of low windows, newly constructed residential units. The windows are Moss Supply 3400 series. I'm trying to find out that the sides of the isolated glass have the low e coating layers. Knowing that the surface has the low e coating to clean the lesser problem and reduces the risk of scratching any surface with a mortar, painting with spray, silica drops, etc.. I have currently contact with the different cleaning company, but if anyone who can give information will be very much appreciated.

Does the low E coating not go within the sealed units? If so, it is not going to get scratched off by cleaning.

Low E coatings are within the void, on the inside pane of glass so no issues with rubbing off or damaging the coating. The reason you can't put the coating on single glazing is because it can be rubbed off but on DG its within the void between panes......
