Business line. 12th Mar 18 at 8:32 PM
We currently us a BT business line for business and personal. We find a business line is no longer necessary (providing we keep the number) as well as being dearer than a domestic one.
Is it any more difficult to swap to a domestic line than it would be swapping companies normally?
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Physically there is no difference. Business phone lines, however, tend to get priority when something goes wrong (in theory).

It should be a simple case of a downgrade, since a business line is effectively "higher" so to speak because it costs more per month but a previous post suggests you need to be out of contract.
