    You haven't got a ccj! Maybe you could edit your thread title.

    You have a claim. Read up in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum on how to defend this. See #2 there.

    First job is to edit your post to remove details of who was driving.

    Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

    The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you
