    Hi all, here is a cautionary tale of what happened to me when my sky Internet access was suddenly blocked by nowtv when I am not even a nowtv customer. 2 days after reporting the issue, my broadband and phone line stopped working. Sadly over 5 weeks later, I still don't have a working broadband, so have had to cancel. The sky guys have been (mostly) great on the phone and some of them have been downright brilliant. The issue seems to be that technical fault calls are going to openreach but they are rejecting them, not telling sky or me, resulting in my case 2 wasted days waiting for an engineer who was not coming. My advice.... If you loose service be prepared to cancel straight away.

    Cancel NowTV ??
    Be wary if you cancel Sky contract you may be billed the remaining months .
    I would want any agreement to be in writing if Sky agreed .
