A letter from Pru 10th Mar 18 at 1:11 PM
Today after my compliants were investigated ive received now in total nearly £200 in compensation, they held their hands up and admitted id been treated very badly, For a company of this size to admit that is shocking

    £200 is a good result.

For a company of this size to admit that is shocking
They are not really admitting anything. That is standard modern PR wording used in every complaint fob off. Its wording created by PR experts and is used even when there is nothing that has actually been done wrong. Things like "failed to meet our high standards" is another. It is effectively "oh dear we made a mistake, here is £200 as its cheaper to pay you that than argue the toss"

Pru is a small player in the UK market with largely obsolete products that are easily beaten in price and quality elsewhere.

You were warned of both the lack of product quality and their poor service and the limitations before you started the process. Whilst that does not excuse poor service, its not as if you went into this blind.
