PPI on ‘lost’ accounts 5th Mar 18 at 4:35 PM
I sent Santander a PPI investigation request regarding some old Abbey National mortgages and a savings account but they said they could only locate one of the accounts and it had no PPI on it. Should I just give up and accept that they cannot find the other accounts? I no longer have bank or mortgage statements from my old addresses.

Its all about evidence. If they have none and you have none then its game over. If you have evidence, then they have to use what you can supply them.
